Whiteform eliminates the need for manually written, 4-part carbonless finance contracts. Using on-line error checking of a variety of data fields, supplying an on-line contracting calculator for monthly payment options, and using technology which immediately verifies customer bank account information, Whiteform removes many of the mistakes inherent with hand-written financing systems.

Managing the back end of contracts is where Whiteform truly excels. Electronic e-mail notifications of contract creation, approval and review are just a few of the many features built in to the Whiteform system. A new financed contract can be reviewed, approved, and forwarded to Whitebox and the VSC Administrator on line in seconds. Whiteform can even create a signed electronic VSC which matches the finance contract.  There is no need to forward any paper. The Whiteform system does the rest. Whitebox will typically finance any electronically submitted and approved contract within 3 business days.

Features Include:

• No Software to Install – Whiteform is entirely internet based. Access to the internet is the only major technical requirement of the system.  A new dealership can be set up and created over the phone in minutes. Approved Dealers will receive a Whitebox signature pad with directions and a quick-start guide the following day. A series of quick, on-line tutorials, registered agents, or Whitebox technical support will be readily available to assist you. On-line finance and VSC system- Whiteform allows you to not only create the finance contract, but the VSC as well. The Whitebox signature pad (provided) allows for a dealership to create both contracts electronically, have the customer sign them and have them ready for approval and financing in minutes. Terms, start –dates and bank verification information are all built into the system for ease of use by the finance department.

• Simple Administration and Management – Whiteform supports complete online approval and management of the contract. Whiteform provides a Dealer Administrator view which allows for complete management of finance contracts. They can be checked by accounting and reviewed and approved by management before they are released. Additionally, e-mails can be automatically generated by Whiteform notifying various dealership employees of a contract status. Projected collections and receivable schedules, statements, and extensive reporting are all supported by the Whiteform system.

• Superior Collections – Unlike most VSC finance companies that make much of their profit due to breakage and early cancellations on financed contracts, our goal is not only to collect the initial few payments of a contract, but to collect the entire amount for your Dealership.  At Whitebox, this starts with the creation of the contract itself. Before the customer ever signs their finance contract, we automatically verify their bank and routing information for correctness, history of past ACH defaults, and a current positive bank balance. If an error flag occurs, Whiteform allows the finance manager to go back and edit the bank account information before the incorrect account information is ever presented, greatly reducing “first payment defaults”. Whitebox automatically withdrawals monthly fees from the customer as specified in the contract. However, if a charge does not go through, rather than simply mail a default notice to the customer, we contact the customer by e-mail and phone, if necessary in order to cure the default. The Whiteform system allows our collections specialists to resubmit, partially submit, or reschedule payments for the customer in order to maximize our ability to collect the contract.
